Floral Bandit Studio is a small design studio based in Seattle, WA. It originated as a “quarantine project” to put our experience as professional fashion designers to a positive use and sew masks from our curated vintage fabric collection. When the mask mandate was issued, stores were closed and the only way to obtain masks was from home sewers. It quickly turned into a larger project when our masks were featured on Vogue.com the first week of inception. Since April of 2020, we have hand-sewn hundreds of masks consisting of re-purposed vintage textiles.
